We have received the following from Mark from Exhibit X, and thought it might be of interest to some of you:
Exhibit X is planning an exhibition of illustrators and graphic design at theprintspace gallery this August which we hope will become an annual showcase. I’d really like to see some of you talented folk exhibiting personal projects that they wouldn’t ordinarily have the opportunity to show this year.
Could you please extend this call to enter to your emerging as well as established artists, more info can be found here:

Update
We are on holiday from now until the middle of August. This is a small update on what is planned for the period we’re away, and what will happen when we get back.
Alice Dupré is our guest-artist in August. She’s got a username and password, and is ready to go ahead on the 1st.
3 more illustrators have been signed, and their portfolios will be ready to be uploaded when we’re back. It is also time to send out our first newsletter, so any news to go on there need to be on the blog by the 14th of August.
A press release has been released here (feel free to share it) – but a new one will be going out straight to magazines and blogs as soon as the new illustrators are up.
If you have any ideas for magazines/ news papers / blogs to contact, please do submit a list of e-mails here!
It is important that we start using this forum for communication, so important information doesn’t end up getting lost.
Stefi is responsible for coming up with ideas for galleries, and she’d got an idea already. Please do put more info on it here Stefi – so we can all comment and add suggestions.
That was all for now,
All the best

Baysan Yüksel is exhibiting some of her books at the School of Creative Arts in Bristol this month.
The books are derived from the post-modern chaos we live in and the human subject adjusting or misadjusting to it, and use drawing, painting, collage, typography and sometimes sewing in their expression.
